unpredictably = not able to be predicted, changeable, unsure, random, uncertain

strategy = master plan, programme procedure
a plan of action designed to achieve a long-term or over al aim

strength = the quality or state of being physically strong, power, the ability to do things that need a lot of physical on mental efford, skill, talent, ability, capability

ordinary individuals = considered separately from other people or things in the same group

emphasising = to show that something is very important, exaggerate

attributed = quality or characteristic that someone has, think something is the result of a particular thing

perplexing = confusing, often because you do not know how to solve something.

Explicity = in a way that is clear and exact

feasibility = the possibility that can be made, done, or achieved, or is reasonable

presumably = used to say what you think is the likely situation

dissemination = act of spreading news, information ideas

consequence = result of a particular action or situation

negotiate = to have formal discussions with someone in order to reach an agreement with them

prominence = the state of being easily seen or well known

ceasae = to stop something

prevalent = existing very commonly or happening often

implementation = the act of starting to use a plan or system

freight = transport goods by plane, train or ship

recession = a period when the economy of a country is not successful

impedes = to make it more difficult for something to happen or more difficult for someone to do something

obtrusive = too noticeable

impoverished = extremely poor

antipodes = a way of referring to Australia and New Zealand by people living in the northern hemisphere

audacious = showing a willingness to take risks or offend people

oppression = a feeling of being very uncomfortable and worried

warden = the person in charge of a prison

rehabilitating = to return someone to a good, healthy or normal life

abandoned = left behind, left in a particular place or condition, usually forever.
